The idea for TOA began after a conversation with a mate at work, who had returned from taking time off to care for his mother after she slipped on moss-covered front steps at home. That story stayed with me. During my daily commute across Melbourne, I started noticing just how many driveways, pathways and outdoor spaces had become weathered, stained and neglected. I saw an opportunity to help make properties not only look better, but become safer too.
Built on a background in Melbourne’s rail & civil infrastructure and industrial sectors, TOA was founded on the values of hard work, discipline and doing things properly. We approach every job with genuine care, taking pride in delivering quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on safety and professional standards.

The name TOA comes from the Polynesian word meaning warrior or brave. To us, it represents resilience, an unwavering commitment to excellence, and the determination to always do the right thing, even when nobody is watching.
